Our Story

Community, Culture & Creative Energy

High Society Collection was born out of a deep passion to uplift independent, women-owned brands and create a dynamic, welcoming space where people can gather, connect, and grow.

What started out as a boutique catering and events company has beautifully evolved into a vibrant hybrid hub at 747 Barton Street East. We recognized a distinct gap in our Hamilton neighborhood: the need for a thoughtfully curated retail space that seamlessly blends with flexible coworking and intimate event opportunities. Since our soft pop-up launch in late 2025, we have been proudly building a family of individual shoppers, freelancers, and small businesses who value collaboration and creativity.

Rooted in Hamilton Globally Minded
Our mission is anchored in the principles of social justice, inclusion, and mutual support. We are a purpose-driven, women-led hub intentionally designed to provide a launching pad for under-resourced entrepreneurs, creatives, and marginalized founders.
When you walk through our doors or browse our shelves online, you are engaging with a carefully built ecosystem

Curated Local Retail

We feature a thoughtfully handpicked selection of lifestyle apparel and accessories. We partner predominantly with local, women-owned creators from racialized and marginalized communities, utilizing a collaborative 60/40 revenue split with zero shelf fees to ensure our partners retain the rewards of their hard work.

Affordable Shared Workspace

Our self-serve coworking space is capped at just 10 members to maintain a tight-knit, distraction-free environment where local minds can link up and focus without downtown price tags.

Intimate Event Spaces

From vibrant weekend pop-ups to local workshops, our space transforms after hours to bring the neighborhood together, spark new ideas, and build lasting community ties.
